What is the best way to send my images?
Photos should be .jpg or .png, and scanned at a high resolution.
How should I record my voice or the voice of a family member?
We like small digital recorders with a built in USB that connect to your computer so you can save and share the recorded files. Other methods such as the Voice Memo app for your phone also work well.
Where should I send my recordings and images?
You can upload them on our Upload Files page.
Once I see my edited text and photos, will I be able to make revisions?
Absolutely. We want you to be perfectly happy with the result.
